Refund Policy

No refunds will be issued for unused services or inclusions once the tour has started.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour departure are non-refundable.
No-shows will be charged 100% of the booking amount.

Liability & Responsibility

My Choice Tourism is not responsible for any loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings during the tour.
Guests participate in all activities (e.g., dune bashing, camel riding) at their own risk.
We are not liable for any injury or health issue caused during the safari.

Pickup & Timing

Pickup times are approximate and may vary depending on traffic and location.
Guests are requested to be ready at the scheduled time to avoid delays.

Children Policy

Children under 2 years are free of charge (no separate seat).
Child rates will apply for ages 3–10.

Tour Operations

The itinerary is subject to change based on weather conditions, local regulations, or unforeseen circumstances.
The company reserves the right to cancel or reschedule tours due to minimum guest requirements or force majeure.

Conduct

Any behaviour deemed inappropriate or unsafe may result in the guest being removed from the tour without refund.
